  I have changed the behaviour of the slip server at Apache Point.
The script 'aposlip' no longer exists.  To start a slip connection
with header compression you simply need to execute 'set slip'.  To
start a slip connection with no header compression execute the command
'set slip nocslip'.  All other features remain the same.  I have
tested both scripts.  I am typing this message while connected with
the nocslip script.
