(I originally sent this to obs-report instead of apo35-general by 
mistake. Russet pointed out that many people would miss it, so I'm 
copying it to the correct list.)

TUI 1.3 is available from the usual repository:

Major changes since 1.2 include:
* Added CCD window (subframe) support for guiding.
* Added Russet's helpful Guiding User's Guide to the on-line help.
* Added DIS:Focus, Echelle:Focus and NA2 Guider:Focus scripts and 
overhauled the NICFPS:Focus script.
* Major improvements to the Log window. Filtering and search are 
improved and you can now highlight text of interest.

Unix users will have to install matplotlib to use the focus scripts 
(it is already included with the Mac and Windows packages).

APO: version 1.3 is installed as "TUI" on Jeppe. OTUI should be 1.2 
but I don't have permission to make the necessary edit (change the 
obvious line in /usr/local/bin/OTUI to BASE=/usr/local/TUIs/OTUI). 
Presently there is no TTUI.

UW: version 1.3 is installed as "tui" in /net/tui (and 1.2 is 
"tuiold" and there is presently no tuibeta).
