Subject: newton computer passwords to change on the first day of the new quarter

All,

newton, which is tycho's replacement, will change it's member  
institutions' passwords on the first day of the quarter during the  
day.  The new passwords were mailed to the institutions a while ago.   
The observing specialists also have the new passwords.

The ftp account, images, will stay the same.
