One item about DIS that seems like it would be an easy and very useful
fix:  for MC processed DIS images, there is no indication in the
headers whether the Gunn filters were IN or OUT.  The turret, grating
position, etc. are all in the header, but not the filter information.
FILTER1 and FILTER2 keywords do appear in the headers, but their values
are always the same regardless of the filter position.
