A team of NMSU users consisting of Michael Ledlow, Alan Watson, and Jon
Holtzman has characterized the throughput of the 3.5m telescope + DIS.
A full report is available as a postscript file which can be ftp'd from
the anonymous account at nmsu. The location of the file is:
