SDSS-III Collaboration Meeting 2009
July 27-29, 2009, Princeton, NJ
Princeton University's Department of Astrophysical Sciences is proud to host the first collaboration meeting of Sloan Digital Sky Survey III. The SDSS collaboration meetings have traditionally covered a broad range of topics, including technical discussions of instrumentation, collaboration policy, and recent science results. The members of the collaboration council are pleased to announce this year's meeting, and to invite all interested members to join us in Princeton this summer!
Almost all presentations will be in Peyton Auditorium (room 145). The survey working group sessions will run in parallel on Monday and Tuesday afternoons. The room assignments for these sessions are now posted on the Program page. Call-in information (telecon numbers and videocon addresses) are now available on the Call-in information page (requires the standard SDSS login and password).
We are happy to announce that we will be providing a live webcast feed for some sessions. The sessions to be publicly webcast are indicated on the Program page with a video-camera icon () next to the session chair's name (to indicate the whole session is being webcast), or next to an individual speaker's name (to indicate specific presentations being webcast). To view the current webcast, simply click on any camera icon.
