Hi,

I got a call this morning from Jan V. Paradjis of the Dutch GRB group.
They are going to try for observations of the GRB980613 field in
from La Palma starting in a few hours. They will be imaging in I-band.

There is no more DD over-ride time available but I wanted to pass on
this information to both of the groups with telescope time tonight.
This might be a good opportunity to try to locate the OT based on
comparison of La Palma data and APO data. The object is better
observed during the first half of the night.

At the moment, JVP is going to keep me up to date on what they find and
where their data will be available. I will pass on anything I learn
to the list here but if the observers on the telescope tonight are
definitely going to go after this one I'll let the Dutch group know
so that you can get info directly from them.

I would be happy to help with doing difference imaging between the La
Palma images and any APO data you get if that is your preference.

-Alan
