Sounds like a great idea to me.

We need to determine how deep GRIM can go in say 5-10 minutes.

As one of the UW08 group, I'd like to not lose more than that much
time from my already short program (50 mins).  However, on nights
when UW08 follows a DIS or SPIcam program, and we can get GRB
images in 5-10 minutes I wouldn't mind losing some time if it was
shared between the two programs.

If GRIM can do the job in 10 minutes then I'm happy to let some of my
time go for the GRB observations.
