NM07's second half time tonight (1/23B) is pre-empted. The time will
be used by Alan Diercks of UW for DD01 observations of GRB990123, initially
with DIS but also perhaps with SPIcam at his discretion. NM07 will be
compensated for the lost time at a later date as per the DD01 program's
usual procedures.

Due to the reported brightness of this afterglow, this should be regarded
as a very high priority program.

REMINDERS: Please send mail to apo35-grb@astro.princeton.edu for distribution
to all interested parties in ARC. Also, note that all DD01 data
will be immediately available within ARC.

I have been out all day and am now only passing through home for a half hour
now; I haven't even had time to read most of the relevant email. I am sorry
for any inconvenience.
