All: The GRIM2 is still down, and we have not yet been able to find someone to take the first half of tonight's time, which is from 2020 - 0013 MDT Monday night. We have the DIS and DSC available, and the sky is likely to be partly cloudy to clear. The gibbous moon is up and sets around 0400 tomorrow morning. We will take any program which can make good use of the time *AND* is approved and allocated for future time, first come, first serve. Ed Turner has decided that any such "drop-in" program will *NOT* be charged for use of this time. Send e-mail to me and Ed Turner (gillespi@galileo.nmsu.edu, elt@astro.princeton.edu) this afternoon. The decision will be taken by 1800 MDT and notification to all will be through this distribution. It now appears that the GRIM2 has a bad power supply, and replacements are being shipped from UChicago and may arrive at APO tomorrow. There is a chance that the instrument will be fixed tomorrow, but it's too early to know for sure. There are other GRIM2 runs this week that will possibly need to be rescheduled and the time used for other programs, if we are unable to fix the problem.
