UC04 canot use its approximately 3 hrs of dark time tomorrow (June 7)
night, second half. Echelle is scheduled for the first half and SPICam
for a short monitoring program at the end of the night. A program that
could use either of those two instruments would have a slightly longer
time for observations.

If you would like to use this OPEN time, preferrably for an already
existing 2Q2003 program, please email ASAP. First come, first served!

It is important that you copy all those included on this message with any
such request as I will may be out of email contact for some extended
periods between now and the OPEN time.
