Oh, YES, please, PLEASE do this!  This is a wonderful idea!

If we were to collect all this information, it would be fairly easy to
turn it into a rather impressive coherent and easily searchable web
resource available then not just in the APO institution libraries, but
from everyone's desktop.

And, I might add that the "new users" who could benefit from this
include not just JHU people, but also new graduate students in the 
ARC institutions.
