Subject: Saturation

Unrelated to the CCD itself, there is saturation in the echelle data system
at about 38,000 DN. THis is one third of the CCD saturation itself. For
various reasons, we did not get into that regime, at least not on red stars
which is where it is obvious. More later, when we know how to fix it. We did
not see it in the first months exposures because of using different setting
s in the electronics than we finally settled on near the end of commissioning.
