Due to continuing cloudy skies at APO, it has not yet been possible to
obtain the on-sky engineering time needed to bring the telescope back
into science operations mode. UW08 and UW09 scheduled for tonight (8/3)
are therefore *canceled*. JH01 and PU01 scheduled for tomorrow night
(8/4) are *warned* that cancelation is a strong possibility if cloudy
skies persist through tonight.

OPEN time during the coming week has not yet been allocated and will be
used to compensate some of the programs which lost time due to the
extension of the shutdown if possible.
