I'm currently testing software here at UW which runs the all-sky infrared cloud scanner at APO and makes images available on the Web (currently at a frame rate of 7.5 minutes all night long). Tonight is the first night that the whole setup is running smoothly. If you are interested in tonight's results and the prospect of using the camera during upcoming observations, please see the following Web page: http://www.astro.washington.edu/deutsch/apoinfo/cloudscan/index.html and the two pages available from there: the most recent image page, and the summary of the whole night. If you have comments, questions, or suggestions, let me know. regards, Eric ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eric Deutsch email: deutsch@astro.washington.edu Department of Astronomy Voice: (206) 616-2788 University of Washington FAX: (206) 685-0403 Box 351580 WWW: http://www.astro.washington.edu/deutsch Seattle, WA 98195-1580 Physics/Astronomy Bldg., Room B356F APO APO APO APO APO Apache Point Observatory 3.5m APO APO APO APO APO This is message 28 in the apo35-general archive.
