All,

TUI uses HTTP to download images in realtime from the hub. The hub's
web server has been seeing attacks from countries outside the US and
in particular southeast Asia. We have restricted access to the hub's
web server, so only observers in the US and selected other countries
have realtime access. The images can still be retrieved from newton
by anyone. This only affects the auto-get and the guider images.

When someone observes with TUI from outside the US, then they should
give APO advance notice and put into their advanced observing request
the country they will be observing from. We will try to enable access
a day or two ahead of time, and it can be tested by taking a guider
image. If there are problems with access, it takes just a few minutes
to fix the problem.
